Planning a gift
Transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and do not include order preparation. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the available options.
Order updates and delivery questions
Keep your order confirmation for reference. If tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping update. For help with an address, delivery, or an order that has not arrived, email support@yoitzi.com with your order number.
